Role: Client Services Manager (Full-Time)
Salary: £30,000.00–£35,000.00 p.a.
Location: Head Office / Hybrid Possible
As our new Client Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in onboarding clients, managing administrative processes, and ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
✅ Oversee client onboarding, including welcome calls, setting up limited companies, registering VAT/PAYE, and providing basic software training (e.g., FreeAgent, Xero).
✅ Serve as a point of contact for administrative queries referred by Client Accountants.
✅ Oversee ad hoc administrative queries from clients, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.
✅ Manage the annual scheduling of client services (e.g., P11Ds, VAT Returns, Tax Planning Meetings), ensuring reminders are sent and deadlines are met.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services like bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation.
✅ Identify areas for improvement, implement streamlined processes, and update the company training manual to reflect changes.
✅ Liaise with HMRC and Companies House to resolve administrative issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹3+ years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
🔹Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
🔹A proactive problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔹High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
🔹Confidence with IT systems, CRM platforms, and a knack for learning new software.
🔹Experience working in accountancy practices or a good understanding of limited companies and their requirements would be a bonus - but not essential!
