Our Pricing Strategy

Crisp Accountancy is built on offering small businesses the highest level of service. A large part of how we do this is by offering an individualised set of services that is bespoke to you and your business. This means that we don’t have set prices to share with you until we can understand you and your business in more detail. If you have been thinking about working with us but you are unsure on how much it would cost, keep on reading to find out more about our process.

In order to ensure fair & transparent pricing, we work with Go Proposal. This makes us champions of clear and transparent pricing which is something we truly pride ourselves in.

We would never want to pressure you into services that do not suit you. It needs to be what you need at this exact moment in time to solve your biggest pains but also remain flexible as your business grows and challenges change.

Whilst all our services and fees are bespoke, we do have a minimum monthly investment we require to be able to meet our standards. These minimum monthly commitments depend on the size and type of business you have, broken down below:
If you have up to £150k turnover per year and one person in the business, you fall into our Solopreneur category. This means that your minimum investment would be £150+VAT pm.

If you have between £150k and £500k turnover per year and between 2 to 5 people in the business, you fall into our High Growth Potential category. This means that your minimum investment would be £250+VAT pm.

If you have between £500k and £5million turnover per year and between 5 to 50+ person in the business, you fall into our Scale Up category. This means that your minimum investment would be £500+VAT pm.

2. Have you already had a discovery call? The next step is a clarity session where we will discuss you, your business, your finances and lay out a bespoke plan on how we can help to improve your financial management and help you grow.

3. At the end of the Clarity Session, we show you the plan and you decide whether you would like to proceed further. Here we explain how we can implement the bespoke plan with you and identify any areas that come as priority or any that fall further down the list. We can then customise appropriately to your budget.

4. If you choose not to proceed with us, we ensure our final meeting is all about how you can still improve your financial management with an option to come back to us at any given time.
